  1. Create your user account<\/strong> on CopaQ\u2019s website at https:\/\/portail.copaq.ca\/<\/a>. Then, select the type of data you choose to upload.<\/li>\n
  2. For your genetic data<\/strong>, upload your test results previously done with a private company (23andMe, Ancestry, My heritage).<\/li>\n
  3. Fill out a questionnaire online on your user account<\/strong>, by providing your basic demographical informations<\/strong> upon your registration.\u00a0 These informations include your biological sex, gender, birth year, place of residence and place of birth.<\/li>\n
  4. For your genealogical data<\/strong>, enter the required information in the online questionnaire, being the last name, first name, date and place of wedding of your parents and grand-parents.<\/li>\n
  5. Autorize CopaQ to give access to your coded data to canadian and international researchers. Before providing your autorization, we invite you to read our data privacy policies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Ancestry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    From your user account on Ancestry<\/a>, select\u00a0My account<\/em>, then, click on\u00a0DNA<\/em> and finally,\u00a0upload the DNA data.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

    Afterward, your will by receive a mail with the indication on how to download your raw data.<\/p>\n\n

    MyHeritage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    From your account on MyHeritage<\/a>, in\u00a0DNA,\u00a0<\/em>select\u00a0Manage DNA kit<\/em>.\u00a0 By clicking on the vertical ellipsis (three vertical points), you will then select\u00a0Download Kit.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

    23andMe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    From your account on 23andME<\/a>, select Browse raw data,\u00a0<\/em>then click on\u00a0Download<\/em>. Check the box I understand the limitations and risks associated with uploading my information to third party sites.\u00a0<\/em>Finally, click on Submit request.<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
