To mark the 100th anniversary of the Archives Nationales du Québec, BAnQ (Bibliothèques et Archives nationales du Québec) presents a special publication which covers “this immense collection which keeps track of the small and large things of our history, enlightens our present and gradually builds our memory of tomorrow ”. A section is dedicated to BALSAC.
